Born in India, Chandrakant Bhonsle is a qualified lawyer and a writer currently based in the Netherlands. He is the author of the children’s picture book “The World Belongs to Animals”, which is the part of the official reading lists of leading wildlife organisations such as Panthera and PETA among others. He has been awarded several accolades for his English writing skills from distinguished international institutions. He is an outdoor person who cares a lot about protecting animals and the environment as a whole. He believes that for the ecological sustainability of our planet, it is quintessential that animals are allowed to thrive in their natural environment.
About the Illustrator:
Natalia Cardozo is a professional illustrator based in Uruguay. Passionate about nature and cultures she has published several books and received different illustration awards. She works with traditional techniques and loves exploring new ways to tell stories.
